About

Hi, I’m Kremi - your guide through the early years.

I support families with grounded, compassionate, and practical guidance across the early years.

I’m an early years specialist and a strong believer in the importance of a child’s beginning. The first few years of life are profoundly formative – it's when the emotional, neurological, and relational foundations of their future are being laid. It’s also when so many parents feel the most unsure, overwhelmed, and isolated.

Today’s parents are bombarded with contradictory advice: family traditions that don’t sit right, social media ‘experts’ with prescriptive methods, peer pressure from parenting groups, and an overwhelming sense of guilt for never quite doing ‘enough’. I’m here to cut through the noise. I’ll sit with you, understand what you want for your child, and help you feel grounded in your own parenting path, not someone else’s.

I bring over 20 years of experience in childcare, from trauma-informed support for children in care, to play-led developmental work in primary schools, to more than a decade of in-home family support as a private nanny. I’ve walked alongside families through some of their most intense and transformative seasons. My approach is like Super Nanny meets Mary Poppins: calm in the chaos, deeply attuned, and always focused on what a child and parent truly need. I’m professionally trained in early childhood development and attachment theory, and I’m Ofsted registered, offering families not only deep personal commitment, but professional accountability too.

I’m not here to ‘fix’ you or your child. I’m not here with a formula or a one-size-fits-all plan. I work face-to-face because real connection matters. I want to see your home, feel your energy, understand your values, and then offer support that’s actually tailored to you. This is support that meets you where you are, not where someone says you should be.

I believe that when we support parents emotionally, practically, and wholeheartedly, they can show up for their children in ways that are truly transformative. That’s why I focus not just on child development, but on the well-being of the parent. Because if you’re running on empty, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling judged and unsupported, how can you be there for your child?

Kremi, founder of Nest & Nurture

Whether you’re navigating sleep challenges, juggling work and home life, facing conflicting parenting beliefs in your relationship, or simply trying to trust your instincts again, I’m here for you. I’ll help you make sense of the science, listen to your story, and find solutions that feel real and sustainable.

Parenting is about building the foundations of a future home. You’re not constructing your child’s life for them – you’re laying the emotional bricks that will let them build their own one day. And no matter what’s happened so far, it’s never too late to strengthen those foundations. Children are resilient. Relationships can be repaired. Confidence can be restored. And you don’t have to do it alone.
