These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern the use of my website www.nest-nurture.co.uk and the services provided by Nest & Nurture. By booking or using my services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully as they are legally binding.

I am Kremi Beatrice Scott, operating as Nest & Nurture, a UK-based early year specialist providing parenting and educational consultancy. I am the sole provider of all services offered under this business. My work focuses on supporting families with children in the early years through tailored coaching, consultancy, and guidance.

2. Services Provided

I provide coaching, consultancy, and educational support for parents and families, focusing on children in the early years.

Please note:
• My services are advisory and supportive in nature.
• They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. I may signpost you to other professionals where appropriate.
• All services are delivered by me personally - I do not subcontract to colleagues or employees.

3. Booking and Payments

• Payment can be made in either of the following ways:
• By card reader at the end of the session, or
• By bank transfer on receipt of my invoice (payment due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Services are confirmed once a booking is accepted.
• If payment is not received by the due date, I reserve the right to pause or cancel further services until the balance is settled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel a session with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the booking fee.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• I take confidentiality seriously. Information you share with me will not be disclosed to others unless required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).
• I comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Safeguarding

I am committed to safeguarding children. If I believe a child is at risk of harm, I may be legally required to share relevant information with safeguarding authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

• My advice is given in good faith, based on my professional experience and training.
• I am not liable for outcomes outside my control, including how parents choose to implement advice.
• I do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided as part of my services remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. They are for your personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without my permission.

9. Website Use

• I am not responsible for any external links provided.
• You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., attempting unauthorised access, spreading harmful software).

10. Changes to Terms
