Early transitions are emotionally loaded for children and parents. Separation anxiety, disrupted routines, sleep regressions, and changed behaviours are common. Sensitive, predictable transitions foster resilience (Bowlby, Ainsworth, Zeanah). Returning to work or starting childcare can trigger grief, guilt, and confusion in parents if the emotional side is ignored in favour of logistics.

What I bring

My work is rooted in attuned transitions. I help families prepare not just practically, but emotionally — from preparing children for nursery to introducing caregivers and supporting parents as they redefine their role after maternity leave. My background in infant mental health supports both generations through change.
